All media used in placeholders that you see in our product preview videos are not included in the template project.

The compatibility for each template on our site is listed on each product page. All templates we have are compatible with CS6 or CC versions of After Effects.

If you are experiencing any issues we are happy to help as much as possible towards the default options of video templates on our site.

We use .zip & .rar file formats to compress our video templates, assets, and digital products for download. Learn how to extract them.

These are placeholder images, replace the red X images with photos or videos.

If your logo scales over 100% to fit the canvas you will need a higher resolution of your logo.

Be aware that some fonts may not work appropriately with the template.

The titles will look different than the product demo because the required fonts are not installed.

Customizing templates is a very easy process that can be done in less than 10 steps from extracting the project in the archive to rendering a final result.

All purchased products & downloads from Motion Arts Media are covered under our Full Usage License.

Licenses are issued at purchase to a person or company/organization.

Our license agreement allows you to use the template in an unlimited number of projects.

All purchase receipts are delivered to your email as well as in your account.

Once you have purchased the product from the site, Motion Arts Media can only offer a refund for the reasons listed here.

Soon as you process your transaction you will be sent an email to your address to download your purchased product.
